Boarding & Daily Care

• Generously sized stalls (12x14, 12x10, and 16x16), deeply bedded with bagged shavings and cleaned twice daily

• Minimum 12 hours of daily turnout in grass paddocks with run‑in sheds

• Specialized options for metabolic or for candidates requiring restricted turnout including a 50x84 dry lot with run‑in shed and 50x12 medical paddocks with run‑ins.  

• Free‑choice hay and grain up to three times per day, with owner‑provided supplements or medications

• Daily grooming, hoof picking, bathing, and spot cleaning as needed

• Water and feed buckets scrubbed daily

• Paddocks are picked regularly

• Owners live onsite and perform nightly checks, including stall pick‑outs
   

​Comfort & Seasonal Care

• Multiple wells and a full‑facility generator ensuring continuous comfort and reliability

• Winter amenities: heated water buckets in stalls and in paddocks, plus AM/PM blanket changes

• Summer amenities: stall fans, daily application of owner‑provided fly spray, and use of fly masks/boots

• Use of fly predators from Spaulding Labs, a natural and eco‑friendly solution for long‑term fly management.  Fly predators are tiny, non‑stinging insects that target and eliminate fly larvae before they mature, providing safe and effective biological control without chemicals.

• Scheduling and holding for routine medical, dental, and farrier appointments

• Ordering of supplements and medications at client’s expense

• Use of a 60x120 indoor arena

• Access to scenic trails

• Weekly updates with photos provided to clients
